Do I need to size up for a thicker band? 

Do not send an adjusted size. Just send the size of the finger you want it for and I will make any necessary adjustments on my end depending on the width of the band.

Do you offer refunds?

I do not offer refunds unless something is wrong with your piece. Every piece is meticulously made from scratch by hand so there will always be slight imperfections but I do my best to make sure each piece of jewelry I make will last a lifetime. If you're unsatisfied with your jewelry please reach out and we can resolve it.

How do I find out my size?

The most reliable ring sizer I've found and use daily is this one. If you fall between the half-size mark (-) and a whole size that would indicate a quarter size. Plastic ring sizers have widely varied results and I don't recommend them. You can also visit a local jeweler and ask them to size you.

Do you do custom work?

I do take on custom work from time to time. I will only do customs in my style and skillset so please reach out with your idea and inspiration pictures if you have any and we can go from there.

When will I receive my order?
My lead time for made-to-order options on my website is around 2 months. For custom orders, my lead time is around 3 months. Lead times can vary as I am a single parent who deals with a chronic health condition that may affect my ability to work from time to time. You will receive your tracking notification for your order when it is ready but please allow a week for it to update as I often batch my shipping and I print all my labels prior to actual drop off day so I can pack several orders at a time.
